Presented by Elizabeth M. Reese. She’s a Washington, D.C. area historian focused on public memory, family ties, and grief. Her work has appeared in TIME, Journal of the American Revolution, New York Times, and C-SPAN. She holds an M.A. in American History from Gettysburg College and is currently working on a manuscript about Edwin Booth and post-assassination American theatre. Talk starts at 2:00 pm and lasts about 45 minutes.
