People and families who have lost loved ones to substance use overdose will gather together at Millard Tydings Memorial Park in Havre de Grace to share their stories and remember those lost. All are welcome to this free event. Photos of loved ones lost to be cherished and honored are encouraged. Voices of Hope will provide free Narcan & other resources will be available.
