Mariners! – Decorate your boats and join the fun in the Lighted Boat Parade. Registration is FREE. All registered captains receive a T-shirt and swag bag. Compete to win trophies and prizes. Six categories will be judged – Best Sailboat; Best Powerboat; Best Use of Lights; Most Original; Best 250th Celebration theme and Judges’ Choice.
The Lighted Boat Parade course starts at the American Legion near the Amtrak Railroad bridge and traverses along the shoreline to Green Buoy 17. Judging will be held at Hutchins Park. Post-parade award ceremony will be held at Market Street Brewery, Havre de Grace. Overnight transient slips are offered at a reduced rate at Tidewater Marina and Log Pond Marina for registered parade participants.
