Representatives from the Harford County Health Department, Exxon, Maryland Department of the Environment & local political representatives had a meeting with the Upper Crossroads Community in Fallston to discuss solutions to the high concentration of MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether) in the well waterof many residents of the area.
