Through the efforts of State Senator Wayne Norman, Delegate Theresa Reilly, and members of the Harford County Delegation to the Maryland State Assembly, legislation was passed during the 2016 legislative session, and signed into law by Governor Hogan, that dedicates a portion of Maryland State Route 924 in honor of two fallen heroes. A portion of the highway will now be known as “Heroes Highway,” in honor of Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey and Deputy First Class Mark Logsdon, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office deputies who were killed in the line of duty on February 10, 2016. Taped on July 6, 2016.
