New-Service Training Employment Program (N-STEP) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization providing job readiness coaching, college and career exploration and planning assistance, and workforce development information and opportunities. Our mission is to EXPOSE, EDUCATE, CONNECT, and ASSIST young adults in preparing for success in their future.
This workshop will be held on September 20, 2025 and October 4, 2025. The program will provide students with an opportunity to meet and connect with outstanding entrepreneurs in their community to recognize their leadership potential, inspire them to dream big, and focus on the next steps to realize their potential as entrepreneurs or leaders in the Real Estate industries.
This program is designed for students, ages 14 – 18 years old. Participants will participate in real estate workshop activities, and learn about acquiring a loan, loan management, and the challenges and pathways to first-time home ownership. This event is brought to you in partnership with N-STEP.
