Partnering with the Harford County Health Department, the New-Service Training Employment Program (N-STEP) is committed to fostering community outreach and expanding partnerships to empower youth. Healthcare Horizons: Youth Paths to Possibilities is a dynamic initiative designed to Expose, Educate, Connect, and Assist young individuals by increasing awareness of healthcare careers and promoting lifelong healthy living.
This event will serve as a bridge between Harford County’s youth and healthcare professionals, providing an engaging platform for exploration and learning. Through interactive panel discussions, keynote speakers, hands-on activities, and career-oriented vendor booths, participants will gain valuable insights into the healthcare industry and the diverse Pathways available to them.
Beyond career exploration, Healthcare Horizons will emphasize the importance of physical and mental well-being, equipping youth with the knowledge and resources to make informed health decisions. By fostering partnerships with local, we aim to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals while empowering them to take charge of their health.
